Alignment Strategist

Helping purpose-driven leaders uncover the patterns in their life story—so they move from doubt to decisive, aligned leadership with “Aligned in Uncontested Space.”

My Mission

Empowering entrepreneurs to identify the recurring themes shaping their choices—transforming confusion into confident, purpose-aligned decisions through the Fingerprint Framework. Guiding faith-centered professionals to rediscover their core calling—by recognizing the overlooked signals of their unique design, they realign their work and life with Aligned in Uncontested Space.

Many purpose-driven leaders are moving with determination but still feel disconnected from the clarity they're searching for. As the creator of the Fingerprint Framework and founder of Regulated Authority, I guide them through a process of design recognition so they can make intentional decisions, lead with confidence, and live aligned in their uncontested space.

Many faith-driven professionals know they're called to more but struggle to connect their experiences, values, and purpose into a clear direction. Through Regulated Authority and the Fingerprint Framework, I guide them to recognize the design God has been revealing throughout their lives so they can move forward with clarity, conviction, and intentional action.

Success doesn't always mean alignment. Many entrepreneurs build businesses, pursue opportunities, and achieve goals while quietly questioning whether they're building what they were truly designed to build. Through the Fingerprint Framework, I guide entrepreneurs to recognize their unique design, so every decision reflects greater clarity, intention, and purpose.

About Lonna Grantlen

Lasting transformation doesn't begin with changing your circumstances; it begins by changing what is happening within. While many people search for external answers to internal struggles, Lonna Grantlen believes real change starts with alignment.

When the mind, body, spirit, and identity work together, peace replaces pressure, confidence overcomes comparison, and people begin living from who they were created to be rather than who the world expects them to become. Every person, she believes, has been uniquely created by God with a purpose that cannot be duplicated. Like a fingerprint, that design is one of a kind, and fulfillment begins by discovering and living from that original blueprint.

As a keynote speaker, Internal Alignment Strategist, and founder of Regulated Authority, Lonna equips purpose-driven leaders, entrepreneurs, and individuals with frameworks that cultivate self-awareness, internal regulation, and intentional leadership. Rather than encouraging people to imitate someone else's path, she helps them embrace the unique design God placed within them.

Lonna's message was shaped through personal adversity. Living with a rare neurological condition while raising a family, working multiple jobs, and pursuing higher education inspired her to study the relationship between faith, identity, neuroscience-informed principles, psychoneuroimmunology, and holistic wellness. Those experiences became the foundation of her life's work. She developed the Fingerprint Blueprint™, a framework built on five pillars: Regulation, Recognition, Restoration, Rhythm, and Legacy. The framework encourages healthier patterns of thinking, living, and leading while aligning life with faith, values, and purpose. Her work is educational and supports personal growth through a holistic perspective.

Through Regulated Authority, Lonna guides clients into what she calls "Uncontested Space"—where comparison loses its influence because every individual recognizes the value of their God-given design. She believes lasting impact comes from faithfully stewarding one's unique gifts rather than competing with others. Most recently, Lonna presented her keynote, "Alignment in Uncontested Space," at Royalty Speaks Chicago, encouraging audiences to lead with authenticity and intention. "Your fingerprint is evidence that your purpose was never meant to be duplicated," Lonna says. "When you align with who God created you to be, you stop competing for significance and begin living with purpose."

Our community member Lonna did an AMAZING job speaking today in Chicago. I took some time out of my schedule today (Saturday) to drive an hour to see her speak because I did not want her being alone at her first public keynote speaking event.

This is what Community is all about. I took you all with me along for the journey. See the videos in the comment section below.

Later, when I have time, I will condense all of this into one video, but there was no time for that because I need to rest now.

Smiles… Much love, Z.

I was not only impressed but inspired listening to Lonna Grantlen speak. Lonna was engaging and informative, she left me feeling empowered and powerful.

Listening to Lonna explain her life altering diagnosis left me humbled and hopeful dealing with my own health challenges. I appreciate and thank her for sharing such a positive and powerful experience with us...
